With over eight years of experience in private banking, compliance, and human resources, Rupa holds an MBA with honours in Finance and Marketing, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of organisational dynamics.
In addition to this corporate expertise, she holds an honorary doctorate in social work, underscoring a dedication to making a positive impact in diverse spheres. Currently serving as the Project Administrator, Rupa aims to seamlessly integrate this diverse skill set to optimize project management processes and cultivate collaborative environments. Driven by a passion for efficiency and innovation, she is eager to contribute to the NSSN's mission by ensuring the seamless execution of projects and supporting the organisation's overarching goals.
