The ARC Research Hub for Connected Sensors for Health (the Hub), in partnership with seven universities and 26 industry collaborators, is delighted to invite you to attend the official launch of the Hub on Thursday, 2 February 2023, at 11 am (AEDT), UNSW Sydney Ainsworth Building, Lecture Room G03, NSW 2052.
The Hub, funded under the Australian Research Council’s Industrial Transformation Research Program (ITRP) in 2021, aims to build a national end-to-end ecosystem for the design, manufacturing, and commercialising of clinical-grade sensors and predictive analytics.
The Hub will be officially launched with the unveiling of our plaque by key delegates, including the ARC CEO, Ms Judith Zielke, Assistant Minister for Trade and Manufacturing, Senator Tim Ayres, the Vice Chancellor of UNSW Sydney, Professor Attila Brungs and Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research & Enterprise, UNSW, Professor Nicholas Fisk. Research and industry partners will outline how the Hub's multidisciplinary program will position Australia at the forefront of connected health. By integrating diverse Australian capabilities in sensors, security, software systems, data analytics, digital health, and commercialisation, this Hub will address industry issues and drive growth, productivity, and competitiveness in connected health sensors for Australia.
